Election Day coincides with a push to celebrate local food and drink through the Nosh Awards. Voters are invited to honor restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, and other purveyors that shaped 2025. The awards expanded with four new categories and attracted a record number of nominations for a second consecutive year. A newsletter signup is offered for those who missed the two-week nomination period to receive updates and winner announcements. Winners will be announced in the first weeks of December. The ballot covers 10 categories including Best New Restaurant, Best Bakery, Best Bar Overall, and Best Wine Bar. Voting closes Sunday, Nov. 23.
