The cafe provides indoor and outdoor seating plus pre-packaged takeout. Comeback Cafe in Emeryville reopened after a summer closure and offers banh mi, vermicelli bowls and drinks such as boba, fruit teas and iced coffee. Hella Bees launched in Oakland as a bar and lounge featuring signature cocktails, Afro-Asian fusion bites, a patio and a large indoor lounge with programming like watch parties, paint and sip nights and DJ sets. Impression of Lanzhou expanded to Berkeley with hand-pulled Lanzhou beef noodle soup, soup dumplings and steamed buns. Starter converted an old dentist's office on Solano Avenue into a cafe and bakery preparing for a grand opening with items similar to its College Avenue location.
