"Amy Hillyard, the 52-year-old co-owner of Farley's coffee shop, was last seen near Oakland's Cleveland Heights neighborhood on the 500 block of Radnor Road, according to the Oakland Police Department. Hillyard is considered 'at risk' because of her medical conditions, police said."
