West Edge in West LA is welcoming two new restaurants in 2026. Miya Miya, a popular shawarma pop-up created by chef Yazeen Soudani, is set to launch its first permanent space featuring a unique shawarma bar. KinKan, a refined Thai-influenced Japanese kaiseki restaurant led by chef-owner Nan Yimcharoen, will also expand with a second location at West Edge, known for its seasonal menu and intimate seating arrangements. This expansion adds diversity to the already vibrant mix of retailers at West Edge, which opened in 2023.
