A 23-year-old Stockton woman died early Monday morning after a car jumped a curb at a sideshow and slammed into her, authorities said.
The driver fled the scene in an early-2000s black Ford Mustang. No arrests have been announced. A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the woman's death.
