Police on Thursday night blocked vehicles from entering or leaving Pleasant Hill's Sherman Acres neighborhood. In addition, the eastbound and westbound directions of Monument Boulevard were closed to traffic, the Pleasant Hill Police Department said in an alert just after 8 p.m. Thursday.
Police activity occurring now, police said in the alert. A police department spokesperson did not immediately return a message seeking additional details. Check back for updates.
