After ascending to new heights during 2022, Marin County home prices have tumbled back to where they were a year ago.The median price for a detached home in the county fell to $1.535 million last month, according to the latest data from the assessor's office.The price was exactly even with the prior November and represented a 27% decline from the $2.12 million peak in April.
