A vote Tuesday by the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors approved funding for six affordable housing complexes, in San Jose, Mountain View, and Palo Alto. The projects, providing 716 units, will cost $47.4 million.

Next to a townhouse neighborhood built in 2019. 5/ 1371 Kooser Road, San Jose. 191 units, six stories. Site of a former Chuck E. Cheese restaurant. 6/ 5885 Santa Teresa Blvd., San Jose. 49 units, three stories. Site of the Round Table restaurant at Plaza del Rey shopping center.
