"Good Times Oakland, a formerly online-only bottle shop, is now fully open in its North Oakland brick-and-mortar. Indian Rasoi closed and reopened as Ginger Indian Cuisine on Telegraph Avenue in Oakland, offering lamb tikka masala, mint chicken kebabs, shrimp korma and several naan varieties. Good Times Oakland expanded from online-only to a brick-and-mortar with a full bar and kitchen, offering wines by the glass, beers on tap, spirits, $5 hot dogs and cheese plates. Hyphy Burger opened a second International Boulevard location featuring smashburgers and loaded fries.
