Disneyland is set to close five attractions for seasonal refurbishments during the busy winter holiday season just as crowds descend for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
These closures include Fantasmic, Big Thunder Mountain, Little Mermaid Ariel's Undersea Adventure, Sailing Ship Columbia, and Dumbo the Flying Elephant, starting as early as November.
Big Thunder Mountain, known for its wild ride, will undergo refurbishment starting Nov. 18, a closure expected to last through at least early December.
Fantasmic, a nighttime spectacular, will not be showing on weekdays in November and December, impacting guest plans during this peak season.
