Aude Gandon will serve as chief digital & marketing officer at Estée Lauder from August 1. She joins from Nestlé, where she was global chief marketing officer. Gandon has had significant roles at Google, as well as in major advertising agencies. Her responsibilities at Estée Lauder will encompass overseeing the digital, marketing, and media ecosystem. Stéphane de La Faverie praised her extensive marketing experience and leadership abilities as essential to enhancing consumer connections in luxury beauty.
