Royal Mail and TikTok Shop will launch a partnership effective 9 October 2025 that designates Royal Mail as TikTok Shop's primary UK delivery partner. More than 200,000 UK-based TikTok Shop sellers will gain access to Royal Mail's full range of services, including parcel collections, tracked delivery, drop-off points and compensation cover, via a seamless integration. Royal Mail operates nearly 24,000 collection and drop-off points nationwide, including shops, Post Office branches, parcel lockers and postboxes, and can collect from every UK address. The partnership aims to expand delivery options and improve reliability for sellers and customers nationwide.
