"Cymbio is a multi-channel orchestration platform for merchants, enabling connectivity to a global network of marketplaces, retailers, social commerce channels and AI shopping experiences."
PayPal agreed to acquire Cymbio to strengthen AI-driven commerce capabilities, with financial terms undisclosed and closing expected in the first half of 2026. Cymbio, founded in 2015 and based in Tel Aviv, provides multi-channel orchestration that connects merchants to marketplaces, retailers, social commerce channels and AI shopping experiences. The integration enables merchants to place product catalogs inside AI shopping environments and surface listings across tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity without changing operations. Cymbio's systems will power PayPal's Store Sync to distribute product data into AI interfaces and route orders back to existing merchant fulfillment platforms.
