Deals: Amazon matches Samsung's Galaxy S25 offer, beats its Galaxy Z Fold7 offer
"Amazon's Black Friday Week starts on Thursday, but the retailer is already offering early deals - and it's not the only one. Earlier this week, we looked at deals from Samsung US. Now Amazon is matching at least some of those. For example, the Samsung Galaxy S25+ is $838 (or $850, depending on which color you want), which is the same price as on Samsung US with the instant discount. The Samsung offer has an alternative option - trade-in credit instead of a discount."
"The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge continues to be cheaper than the S25+, even though their MSRPs are the other way around. The Edge just has a massive discount and it works out to $240 cheaper if you go for the 512GB models. Amazon beats Samsung US' offer on the Galaxy Z Fold7 - you get a 512GB variant for the price of a 256GB one."
"There's only a $100 upcharge for going up to the Moto Razr+ 2025, though, and it may be worth it. You get a much more powerful chipset (Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 vs. Dimensity 7400X) with more RAM to boot (12GB vs. 8GB). The battery is smaller but the more efficient hardware lasts longer (10:12h vs. 9:28h Active Use Score) and charging is faster (45W/15W vs. 30W/15W)."
Amazon begins Black Friday Week with early deals and matches some Samsung US discounts, including the Samsung Galaxy S25+ priced at $838 or $850 depending on color. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge receives a much larger discount and can be about $240 cheaper for 512GB models. Amazon prices the Galaxy Z Fold7 512GB like the 256GB model, while Samsung's trade-in credits go up to $1,000 versus up to $600 at Amazon. The Galaxy Z Flip7 lacks notable offers. Motorola's 2025 flip-foldable lineup is discounted: the Razr+ adds a stronger Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, more RAM, better battery efficiency and faster charging; the Razr Ultra upgrades to a Snapdragon 8 Elite, 16GB RAM, 512GB storage, a larger battery, and faster wired and wireless charging. M5-powered iPad Pros remain compelling and M4 models are viable alternatives.
