Amsterdam-based Flow acquired by Dutch accounting firm SnelStart - Silicon Canals
""Integrating banking is the future of finance for entrepreneurs. By linking up with financial services and providing the infrastructure, licences, compliance and ready-made front-end, we bring user-friendly financial solutions within reach, within existing software.""
"Flow's technology allows entrepreneurs to open a business account with SnelStart within one working day, fully connected to their accounting systems."
Flow, a specialist in embedded finance, has joined the SnelStart group. This acquisition follows a successful collaboration in providing embedded banking solutions using Adyen's banking-as-a-service platform. Flow will operate independently but utilize SnelStart's resources. The integration allows entrepreneurs to open business accounts connected to their accounting systems within one day. Flow evolved from a money automation app to a fintech company, raising nearly 5 million euros from notable investors. The company aims to make financial services more accessible for businesses through its platform, FlowOS.
