Disney fully owns Hulu and plans tighter integration with Disney+ in 2026. A Hulu profile linking option will let eligible adult subscribers connect their Hulu profile to the Disney+ app, enabling access to Hulu watch history, watch lists, and recommendations inside Disney+. The feature will initially apply to subscribers with eligible Disney+, Hulu Bundle or Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Bundle plans, with broader rollout to bundle subscribers later in 2026. Profile linking is described as a one-time activation. Disney also plans to let non-Disney+ subscribers use the same MyDisney login to view a small sampling of Disney+ and ESPN content, and to test Hulu browsing features like a live guide. Hulu standalone app access will continue for all Hulu subscribers.
