The owners of the Mercer Hotel, which survived the evolution of SoHo from manufacturing lofts to mainstream retail and dining, have pushed the refresh button.Its Mercer Kitchen is now this spot, in the hands of Scott Sartiano, a hospitality entrepreneur best known for top-shelf places like Zero Bond.
