"I’ve no way of exactly measuring it but this iPhone weighs between 150 and 200 kilograms, in part thanks to real brushed aluminum all the way around," highlighting the material considerations for the device.
The finished product is so big - over 12 times the size of the original - that it has to be carried around on a wheelable stand, showcasing the impracticality of such a device.
Mr Maini had promised his viewers that he would build the largest iPhone if his YouTube subscriber count surpassed that of Apple's, committing to an ambitious goal.
