But it is galling to see him and other innocent Americans being exchanged...hostile governments to seize more Americans as hostages whenever they want to recover one of their own killers or spies.
The next time that an American journalist is seized in Russia, the U.S. government should use its powers under a law such as the Alien Enemies Act to intern one or more of the many Russian journalists allowed to operate freely in this country.
