Missouri Woman Charged in Scheme to Sell Graceland
Briefly

Federal authorities arrested a Missouri woman, Lisa Jeanine Findley, for allegedly attempting to fraudulently foreclose on Graceland by claiming that Elvis Presley’s daughter pledged the home as collateral.
The scheme reportedly hinged on the false assertion that Riley Keough, Elvis's granddaughter, owed money that resulted in the fraudulent effort to sell the famous tourist spot.
If convicted, Ms. Findley faces serious prison time: a mandatory minimum of two years for aggravated identity theft and up to 20 years for mail fraud.
The case gained attention in May when lawyers for Riley Keough filed in court to stop the fraudulent sale attempt by Naussany Investments & Private Lending LLC.
