The polls in New York City will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you are in line by 9 p.m., you will be allowed to vote.
Expect long lines at poll sites this election, as mail-in ballots are less common compared to the 2020 election, when 660,000 New Yorkers voted by mail.
The Board of Elections has noted that waiting times at polling locations will be posted on an interactive map to help voters plan their day.
It's too late to request a mail ballot unless you did so by Oct. 26, and any mailed ballots must be postmarked by today.
