Gemini Live is expanding and can now talk about what's on your screen
Briefly

Google has introduced a new feature for Pixel 9 users, allowing them to converse with Gemini Live about items displayed on their screens, such as videos and documents. This feature, unveiled at Samsung Unpacked, simplifies user interaction by letting them share their screen directly, eliminating the need for screenshots. Users initiate conversations by accessing Gemini Live with voice commands and can ask questions about visual content directly, making it easier to get relevant information. This functionality is also expected to roll out to other Android devices eventually.
If you're a Pixel 9 user, you can now give Gemini a peek at your screen and have a conversation about it.
To test out the feature, open Gemini Live (by saying 'Hey Google,' not the Gemini app). You'll see a mic button at the bottom for voice queries.
