Bruce Timm, the creator of Batman: The Animated Series, is producing a new animated series called Batman: Caped Crusader for Amazon Prime Video. Timm was initially hesitant to rekindle the spirit of the iconic show but was eventually convinced to do so.
Batman: The Animated Series brought a somber atmosphere and sophisticated storytelling to the adventures of Gotham City's vigilante. It deepened the exploration of Batman's rogues' gallery and sparked interest when the movie franchise faced challenges.
