Garzyna Jurczak lived for 42 years in a house overlooking Auschwitz, a place she described as a great environment for raising her two sons despite its dark history.
After her husband died, Jurczak decided to leave due to discomfort with visitors drawn by the film The Zone of Interest, which reminded her of the Holocaust connection.
