Gianni Giordano expressed his passion for fragrances, stating, 'I’ve always liked fragrances in my personal life, wearing different ones according to my mood.' His interest blossomed after acquiring his first ceramic bottle.
The centerpiece of Giordano's collection, which includes over 100 porcelain perfume bottles, began with a heart-shaped bottle from Nove di Bassano that he bought in 2007.
Giordano, reflecting on his art collection journey, noted, 'I started researching and acquiring others,' hinting at a deepening appreciation for porcelain artifacts and their histories.
The Giordano Collection features a diversity of pieces, showcasing items such as a Chelsea bottle with two monkeys from 1755-57, enriching Italy's decorative arts heritage.
