Vipers hack and slash as a scouting class, sharing its gear with Ninjas. It mainly uses three-step combos while ending its combo with different skills.
Viper unlocks via a quest in Ul'dah, requiring a combat job at level 80 or higher and the Dawntrail expansion. Equipping job stone and Viper blades enables playing.
Consider obtaining Augmented Cryptlurker gear for Viper from Aymark in Eulmore or Mowen's Merchant in the Crystarium using Allagan Tomestones of Poetics.
