Customers will benefit from improved broadband reliability as smart support monitors Wi-Fi hubs, identifies problems like speed drops, and provides tailored advice. Issues are automatically addressed by the Wi-Fi Hub overnight or through personalized customer guidance.
The smart support service initially targets 300,000 Virgin Media broadband customers for connection health assessment. Continuous learning from these users will drive enhancements before expanding the service to all customers.
