He used local materials to build and followed the force of nature. He used Florida cedar, which is rare hardwood that's so expensive, they don't really use it now; and he used coral rock. He did a cutting-edge type of design. It's absolutely gorgeous. Stunning. Breathtaking. [Parker] was kind of like the Frank Lloyd Wright of Florida.
It's a standalone primary suite that's separate from the rest of the house. They followed the same pattern and aesthetic of the rest of the house. The fireplace and the window behind the bed look like they belong with the original architecture.
The living area with the cathedral ceiling is just the standout part of the house.
