Coming from a shared brownstone walk-up rental in Cobble Hill, we loved the ground floor space: an open loft with 12-foot ceilings, exposed brick, a glass brick façade, and floor-to-ceiling windows in the back that overlooked bamboo in the private brick patio.
Our move was initiated by his [her husband's] need for a larger recording studio space and, fortunately, we had a producer/musician friend who was also eager to be our partner in real estate and split the costs.
