Studio Schicketanz designed a multi-family compound comprising a small home for a family of four and an accessory dwelling unit for Mary Ann Schicketanz. The compound sits within a planned community adjacent to the Los Padres National Forest. The family collaborated with the design team to create affordable, energy-efficient homes that minimize impact and sit lightly on the land.
