"The family sought an intimate and private home, and this is how we achieved Casa EV, a unique and cozy space."
"Text description provided by the architects."
The project required designing a residence inside one of the busiest neighborhoods in the Metropolitan Zone of Guadalajara. Proximity to the condominium's clubhouse and the entrance booth created significant acoustic and visual challenges. The family requested an intimate, private home, prompting strategies that prioritize seclusion and comfort. Spatial organization, material choices, and careful orientation were used to buffer external activity and create enclosed domestic spaces. The resulting Casa EV provides a unique, cozy living environment that balances privacy with urban proximity, offering a tranquil interior experience despite its location adjacent to condominium amenities and access points.
