Creating Le Chaos des Echos Lointains, a dual music and video piece, has been my most ambitious project. Combining 3D animation, rendering, design, lighting, speaking, composing and producing was explosive with possibilities.
Despite the heavy digital influences, the performance retains a tangible connection to reality, anchored by Dot Als' compelling vocal delivery, merging the digital with the organic.
The rich soundscape boasts the deep, resonant tones of the Korg MS-20, alongside club-inspired yet organic drum rhythms, creating an engaging auditory experience.
The overarching aim is to broaden the horizons of creative expression through technology rather than stifle it, paving the way for future live audiovisual endeavours.
