OMA has completed the JOMOO Headquarters in Xiamen, the first office campus for China's largest sanitaryware company. The design merges podium and tower, adopting a sculptural form that integrates with contrasting urban and natural landscapes. A multifaceted base accommodates public functions, while the tower contains office areas. The façade features white vertical ceramic stripes, referencing traditional architecture and enhancing interior flexibility. Entrances are designed within the irregular façade, reflecting the importance of craft and technology in JOMOO's operations and the cultural context of Xiamen.
The headquarters features a continuous, sculptural form merging podium and tower, redefining the conventional office typology and responding to Xiamen's urban context.
The façade's white vertical ceramic stripes reference both traditional architecture and JOMOO's manufacturing, defining an identity while allowing flexible, column-free interiors.
