"The building is a combination of blocks with high and low juxtaposition in a straight north-south shape. The first-floor building near the low tea hill in the south is designed as a kitchen and dining room, and the second-floor building with a wide view in the north is designed as a coffee shop. Several huge trees in the west of the site can reduce indoor energy consumption in hot summer, which creates favorable conditions for the design of large-area glass floor-to-ceiling windows."

The building combines high and low blocks arranged along a straight north–south axis. The lower, first-floor volume near the tea hill to the south contains kitchen and dining spaces. The elevated, second-floor volume to the north contains a coffee shop with expansive views. Large trees on the western side provide summer shading and help reduce indoor energy consumption, enabling extensive floor-to-ceiling glass. The northeast terrain drops away, opening views toward tea gardens and distant villages. Spatial contrast and site orientation guide placement of glazed social areas and more enclosed service spaces.
