MXTR PARK, conceptualized as a 'Mixture Park', is designed to blend commercial and public spaces in Water Plaza. The central challenges include a weak commercial atmosphere and an unclear visual identity at the site's terminal end. To address these, a cylindrical structure embodies rationality and blends with nearby sculptures. The building features a unique planning strategy that activates three levels for various activities, aiming to unify retail and community engagement. The design further emphasizes visibility and interaction through a striking minimalist arch structure and versatile open spaces.
The cylindrical structure of MXTR PARK balances with nearby sculptures while its circular form symbolizes rationality and humility, enhancing visual harmony in the space.
Despite challenges with the weak commercial atmosphere and lack of visual identity, the design aims to create a vibrant hub that integrates retail with urban life.
The 'one arch, two terraces, three stages' planning strategy emphasizes accessibility and public engagement, creating a multi-level space showcasing retail and community activities.
A large stair canopy crafted from the minimalist steel arch forms a significant connection between levels, demonstrating how form and function can create engaging public spaces.
