Mandy Moore's Interior Designer Weaves Organic Modernism Magic Into Every Home
"Do it nice, or do it twice,"
"I like to say it's a very grown-up house but with a little sparkle,"
"They let us run, creatively."
"with a warm touch"
Sarah Sherman Samuel trained in graphic design, worked in a Miami furniture showroom, and served as creative director for Clementine Paper before launching SSS Design in 2014. Her signature approach is modern with a warm touch and draws strong inspiration from nature. Projects include a bright, airy renovation of a 1950s Pasadena home and a later commission for an Altadena property for Mandy Moore, along with work for Nacho Figueras and Vanessa Carlton. A relocation back to Grand Rapids prompted the Magnolia Network series Inspired Interiors in 2022, which followed her balancing family life, firm responsibilities, and a new home base.
