Lee Broom's Chant Reimagines Sacred Light for Everyday Spaces
""I am increasingly understanding of how important light is to people, and not just from a functional aspect but from an emotional aspect also.""
""The result is a table lamp which looks very modern but at the same time looks very classic and almost retro.""
Chant is a newly designed portable table lamp by Lee Broom that emphasizes the emotional significance of light beyond mere functionality. Originally intended as a chandelier, it has evolved into a versatile lamp inspired by the Maison de Verre in Paris, characterized by a modern yet classic aesthetic through its circular indented glass detail. Constructed from hand-blown glass and brushed metal, Chant is designed for elegance and durability, being fully weather-resistant and energy-efficient, offering up to 40 hours of light on a single charge.
