iF DESIGN ACADEMY launches global live online training program for design leaders
Briefly

iF Design launches the iF DESIGN ACADEMY in September 2025 as a training hub for design leaders to deepen strategic, entrepreneurial, and personal skills. Courses will run as interactive live online sessions in English starting 2025, with plans for in-person formats from 2026. The initiative leverages a network of global experts including McKinsey and IBM to extend activities beyond awards and exhibitions. The curriculum centers on four pillars: business understanding, personal growth, future literacy, and operationalizing and scaling design within organizations. The program aims to cultivate effective, responsible, and sustainable leadership and to foster peer dialogue and skill exchange.
