I Spotted These 5 Home Trends in Paris, and They're Coming for Your Design Friends' Group Chat
Briefly

Attending Maison & Objet and Déco Off during Paris Design Week was a remarkable experience that inspired creativity in design. The vast scale of these trade shows features numerous renowned textile houses and furniture makers, offering a unique glimpse into upcoming trends for 2025 and beyond. Among the notable displays were Morris & Co.'s new outdoor fabrics and Design House Amsterdam's vibrant vessels. The event not only serves as a hub for trendspotting but also indicates shifts in what may soon arrive in the mass market, particularly in the U.S.
While it's hard to boil down what I saw into just five trends, I took a shot at it, hoping you might be struck by some of the cool designs coming for 2025 and beyond.
I've attended plenty of trade shows over the years, but nothing prepared me for the scope of Maison. I hope to get back one day because I know there's more ground to cover.
Maison is the place to be for brand designers as well (and admittedly, not all vendors are available in the U.S. just yet).
