House Jacaranda occupies a 1,065 m² plot on the outskirts of Valencia with excellent geometry and favorable topography that facilitate project implementation. The project reached completion in 2024. Ramon Esteve served as lead architect with Estefania Perez as team lead. The design team included Cristina Calpe, Jacobo Mompo and Maria Parra. Technical coordination was led by Emilio Perez. Engineering and consulting were provided by Indigo Ingenieria and structural work by Temco Sistemas y Estructuras. Landscape architecture was carried out by GM Paisajistas and photographs were taken by Mariela Apollonio.
