House CR occupies 250 m² and reached completion in 2025. The project unites Ivo Tavares Studio, 41 Architects and SO Arquitetura & Design in its delivery. Lead architects are Bruno Furtado and Goncalo Bletiere Lopes, with engineering by Teorema Continuo - Unipessoal Lda, landscape by SO Arquitetura & Design, and acoustic design by Roberto Aguiar.
