The bakery occupies a restored French colonial villa in Hanoi's Old Quarter, integrating heritage fabric with contemporary production. Design choices emphasize visibility and interaction, allowing visitors to witness and engage with baking rituals. Spatial organization and material selection link memory, time, and craftsmanship while supporting functional bakery operations. Design and technical teams led by Nguyen Manh Linh with designers Pham Huyen My and Pham Khanh Ly and contractor SSPACE TS., JSC delivered restoration and construction.
