The project arranges 11 maisonette units around a hierarchical system of nested spaces to prioritize light, ventilation, circulation, and enclosure. A central Void Core functions as a conduit for daylight and natural air, penetrating deep into the plan and establishing visual and environmental connections between levels. The Space serves as the primary living zone where daily activities take place. Corridors and stairs form a Buffer that mediates circulation and privacy between units and the core. An enclosing Case wraps the living areas, defining the building’s outer boundary and protecting interior functions while completing the layered spatial strategy.
