Design of a house is located on a one-hectare rural property in Cunha, São Paulo. The plot had been previously cleared for sale, a common condition in rural subdivisions in the region. The project brief encompassed the architectural design of the residence and additional studies across the property. An environmental analysis of the existing rural network was required. A study of the other programs distributed throughout the property was also requested. The commission coordinated residence design with landscape and programmatic planning to address site-specific environmental and infrastructural conditions.
