The design embraces climatic challenges, with ground floor suites acting as independent villas with green areas for privacy. Light colors on the second level enhance connection to the surroundings.
Angled wooden slats provide privacy and airflow, creating an interactive experience with nature. The project features the Golden Ratio, a Zen garden, and materials connecting to the earth.
Materials like handmade clay tiles, travertine walkways, and native bamboo evoke a sense of the beach and earth. The staircase promotes ventilation and unites two mini forests.
The central tropical Zen garden with a Ylang Ylang tree offers a calming pathway. The architects aim for internal alignment and connection to the natural environment.
