Conceived as a post-pandemic rental property for digital nomads, the 3+2+1 Villa in Canggu provides flexible occupancy arrangements. K-Thengono Design Studio configured the compound to include three self-contained units able to operate independently or combine into a single villa. The layout supports varied guest configurations and prioritizes adaptability for short- and long-term stays. Design collaborators include Kevin Chandra and Nadia Lee. The technical team includes Fachrudin Faruq. Landscape Architecture by Bali Landscape Company. Lighting was provided by Studio Nimmersatt and additional engineering and consulting support came from BYO Living. The project emphasizes modular operation and guest-oriented flexibility.
