The project consists of nineteen collective housing units located in the Alsace-Lorraine district rebuilt after the war. Multiple specialized contractors delivered structure, thermal and fluids, earthworks, waterproofing, automatic doors, insulation, ceilings, floors, painting, wall covering, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and cleaning. Structural responsibilities were assigned to Ouest Structure and Angevin. Thermal and fluids work was handled by Solab while waterproofing was executed by Bretagne Etancheite. Finishes include ceilings by Rault, floors by Dupuy, and wall covering by LMI / TSL. The district’s architecture reflects classical modernity with symmetry, gabled roofs, vertical openings, and decorative moldings.
