Sometimes, a Learner does not receive the L1 feedback after completing a particular course or may receive a message stating an issue.
Feedback issues can arise due to settings like not displaying the feedback immediately, reminders being inactive, or set for a specific time after completion.
To resolve, verify and enable the 'Show questionnaire immediately after course completion' option under Course >> Instances >> L1 Feedback settings.
If issues persist, review and adjust reminder settings under Admin >> Settings >> Feedback, ensuring they are set to 'On Course Completion' and test the email templates for reminders.
