How to block emails for a specific user using Do Not Disturb (DND) feature? - eLearning

In some use cases, the admin is required to stop the emails for a specific users without impacting the others users in the ALM account. We need only specific users to not receive the emails.
For example, we need a user's manager to not receive an escalation email. In that case, we can add the user to DND list and select the option to block the escalation emails to user's manager.
