Turbo is an optional $7/month feature for select AT&T postpaid plans boosting speed and stability. It applies to plan's default data with no L4S tech use yet.
Turbo transitions users to a higher QOS tier indicating possible selling of prior data speeds under a different label, confirmed by AT&T.
L4S technology isn't currently utilized in AT&T Turbo, but plans for its future integration are in development, per AT&T.
